Horrible Management
The manager Steve is racist and doesn't know how to talk to his tenants. Rat infested and full of mold and mildew.

Would not rent here
When you have maintenence problems you have to deal with it. Even holes in the floor. Loud music all night, people speeding through park. Mobile homes have overpriced rent. I currently live here and as soon as I get the money, I will be moving asap!
